StarSports is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is required during the registration process and at any point if requested. Accounts found to belong to under-18s will be closed immediately.
Each individual may hold only one StarSports account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts and accounts registered with false information are not permitted and may result in balance forfeiture and permanent suspension.
All transactions at StarSports are conducted in PKR. Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and cards are subject to the minimum and maximum limits in force at the time of the transaction.
All promotions and bonuses offered by StarSports are subject to individual promotion terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets and time limits. Bonus abuse is not tolerated.
Bets are settled according to official results from recognised governing bodies. StarSports reserves the right to void bets where obvious pricing errors, technical faults or integrity concerns arise.
StarSports provides deposit limit controls and self-exclusion tools as standard. Members who identify a problem with their gambling are encouraged to use these tools or contact support for assistance at any time.
Welcome to StarSports. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, the member, and StarSports (referred to in these terms as "StarSports", "we", "us" or "the platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on the StarSports platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
These terms apply to all sections of the StarSports platform, including sports betting, live betting, Bingo, promotions, the VIP programme and all future features that may be added. Where a specific product or promotion has its own additional terms, those apply alongside these general Terms and Conditions.

If we are unable to verify that a member is 18 or above, the account will be suspended and any balance may be withheld pending verification.
To become a member of StarSports, you are required to complete the registration form accurately. All information you provide must be truthful, current and complete. This includes your full name, date of birth, residential address, contact details and any other information requested during registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
StarSports is designed and operated for members located in Pakistan. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is consistent with the laws and regulations applicable in their specific location. StarSports does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited.
It is your responsibility to determine whether using StarSports is lawful in your jurisdiction. StarSports accepts no liability for members who access the platform from locations where such access may be restricted.
Each person may hold only one active StarSports account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, StarSports reserves the right to close the additional accounts, void any open bets and withhold any balances pending investigation. If duplicate accounts were used to claim bonuses multiple times, those bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact StarSports support immediately. StarSports accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the member has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login details.
StarSports accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your StarSports account or any balance held within it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance.
StarSports may request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a copy of a national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. Members are encouraged to complete verification early to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals.
StarSports accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The full list of currently active payment methods is displayed on the deposit page within your account. All transactions are processed in PKR. StarSports does not apply currency conversion charges on PKR deposits.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method selected. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit. StarSports reserves the right to update deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to members.
JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast deposits are typically processed instantly and reflect in your StarSports balance within seconds of a successful transaction. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank. StarSports is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Note: Deposits are for betting and gaming purposes only. StarSports reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits that appear to be made for purposes other than genuine betting activity on the platform.
If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the expected time, contact StarSports customer support with the transaction reference. Do not re-attempt the deposit until the original transaction has been investigated and resolved. StarSports will not be held responsible for duplicate deposits made without first contacting support.
To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or individuals other than the registered account holder are not permitted under any circumstances.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe communicated at the point of request. StarSports VIP members at Gold and Diamond tier benefit from priority processing. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are generally processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
If your account balance includes bonus funds that are subject to active wagering requirements, those funds are not available for withdrawal until the wagering conditions have been met. Real money funds held separately from active bonus balances remain withdrawable at any time, subject to verification requirements.
Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your balance. Only the remaining real money balance, if any, will be available for withdrawal.
All bets placed on StarSports are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check the details of your bet — including selection, stake amount and market type — before confirming. StarSports does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in circumstances where a market is voided by the platform.
Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body or recognised sporting authority for the event in question. For Cricket and PSL markets, the official result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) is used. For Football markets, results are taken from official league and tournament governing bodies.
StarSports reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: where an obvious pricing error has occurred due to a technical fault; where a market was offered in error; where there is credible evidence of match-fixing or sporting integrity violations; where an event is abandoned or postponed beyond a specified period; or where a member has exploited a known system error. In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to the member's account balance.
Live in-play betting markets are offered on Cricket, PSL, Football, Tennis, Esports and other covered sports. Odds on live markets update in near real time and may change between the point at which you initiate a bet and the point at which it is confirmed. If the odds change during the confirmation process, you may be offered the revised odds. StarSports accepts no liability for connectivity issues affecting a member's ability to place or manage live bets.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day and are set out in the specific betting rules for each sport and market type. These limits are available within the platform. StarSports reserves the right to enforce maximum payout caps at all times.
StarSports offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, odds boosts for PSL and Cricket, accumulator bonuses and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. Where promotional terms conflict with these general Terms and Conditions, the promotional terms take precedence for that offer.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements, eligible markets and minimum odds are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on markets with odds below the minimum threshold specified in a promotion will not contribute towards wagering requirements.
StarSports has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing bets to exploit a pricing error; placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to meet wagering requirements while hedging the risk; or coordinating with other members to extract bonus value artificially. Where bonus abuse is identified, StarSports reserves the right to void all related bets, remove the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and suspend or permanently close the account.
Reminder: Promotions are intended to reward genuine betting activity on SportsStar. If you are unsure whether a particular betting strategy is permitted under a promotion, contact support before placing the bets.
All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unclaimed or unwagered bonus funds will be removed from your account automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's individual terms. StarSports will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
The StarSports VIP programme rewards active members with points earned through qualifying betting activity. Points accumulate to move members through Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond tiers. Each tier unlocks benefits including enhanced bonus offers, elevated stake and withdrawal limits, and dedicated account management at the Diamond level.
VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Members who do not maintain the minimum activity level required for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier. VIP status is personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, gifted or shared. VIP points have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly — they are used only for tier calculation and rewards within the programme.

StarSports actively monitors accounts for suspicious patterns. Where prohibited conduct is identified or suspected, StarSports reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze the balance and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.
StarSports reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time, or behaviour that is harmful to the platform, other members or the integrity of sport.
In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real money deposits that were not associated with the breach may be returned at StarSports' discretion following a review period.
Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real money balance will be withdrawn to the member's registered payment method after completion of applicable verification checks.
StarSports collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations and providing customer support.
StarSports does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and other operational partners is shared only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. Full details of how your data is used are set out in the Privacy Policy.
StarSports provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate pricing, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical faults at all times. StarSports is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues on the member's side, delayed data feeds or any other technical issue outside our reasonable control.
StarSports is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through betting activity on the platform. All betting involves risk and it is the member's responsibility to manage their activity responsibly. StarSports' maximum liability to any individual member in connection with any platform error or operational failure is limited to the return of any stake directly affected by that specific error.
Betting can result in the loss of your deposited funds. Never bet with money you cannot afford to lose. The outcome of sporting events is uncertain and past performance of any team, player or competition has no bearing on future results.
StarSports reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify members via the email address registered on their account and/or through a notice displayed on the platform. The updated terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice.
Continued use of the StarSports platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
